Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, monthly and year-end closing, project cost and payroll accounting via 1C system.
• Prepare, sign and submit statutory financial, tax (VAT, CIT, IIT, Social Tax) and statistical reports in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and communicate with government institutions, including tax bureaus, statistics bureaus and banks.
• Approve payments, monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts and oversee cross-border fund settlements.
• Standardize accounting vouchers, AKT acts and financial archives; establish and maintain internal financial controls.
• Lead the accounting team, coordinate external audits and support group financial reporting to the parent company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the Kazakhstan Tax Code and NAS.
• Strong proficiency in 1C.
• Solid experience as a Chief Accountant within Kazakhstan-based companies.
• Fluent Russian and English for group communication. Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local tax audits and government liaison procedures.
• Strong risk awareness, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility
