We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Intertek International Kazakhstan, Atyrau.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Growing inspection services
Developing strategic relationships with clients
Supporting large projects across the region.

Position Overview
• Develops and maintains strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate new business for inspection services in Kazakhstan.
• Leads business development activities including client meetings, presentations, roadshows, and participation
in tenders.
Close follow up all Large Projects, necessary follow ups and meetings with the project active players
(Client, EPCs, Main Contractors), preparation of active tendering process to increase the award percentage.
• Contributes to marketing strategy, pricing, and service expansion based on client demand and market needs.
• Conducts market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and growth potential.
• Identifies and researches prospective customers and prepares effective proposals and quotations.
• Manages customer relationships, resolves issues, and develops value plans to maximize client potential.
• Plans and executes an effective sales strategy to optimize territory performance and return on time investment.
• Provides regular reporting to management on customer insights, market conditions, and new business opportunities.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services, market developments, and competitive activity.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead teams that maintain, improve, and develop technical systems, processes, products, and services.
• Manage resources and provide leadership to technical teams.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Technical University degree
Technical background is needed with min 5 years in O&G, Process sector etc.
In-depth knowledge of the oil industry
English language- Upper Intermediate
