Описание

Обязанности:
  • Управление клиентской базой традиционной розницы и развитие приоритетных торговых точек.
  • Формирование единых стандартов торговых активаций для нескольких стран.
  • Разработка и внедрение механик продвижения в торговых точках.
  • Определение стандартов размещения продукции и материалов в магазинах.
  • Разработка стандартов выкладки и присутствия продукции в торговой точке.
  • Управление инвестициями в продвижение и оценка эффективности вложений.
  • Анализ эффективности активаций и влияния на продажи.
  • Повышение качества исполнения в полях и рост продаж в приоритетных торговых точках.
  • Подготовка готовых инструментов и стандартов для локальных команд.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing или Customer Marketing от 5 лет.
  • Минимум 2 года опыта работы с традиционной розницей.
  • Практический опыт запуска торговых активаций и оценки их эффективности.
  • Понимание влияния торгового маркетинга на продажи и окупаемость инвестиций.
  • Опыт работы с выкладкой, материалами в торговых точках и промо-механиками.
  • Готовность регулярно работать в полях (не менее 25% времени).
  • Опыт работы в FMCG обязателен.
Условия:
  • Официальное трудоустройство.
  • График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00.
  • Мед страхование.
