Report directly to the Sales Director and align customer strategies with overall company commercial objectives.
Lead and manage all national modern trade customers to achieve company sales, profitability, and market share targets in all Kazakhstan.
Develop annual business plans, commercial strategies with key accounts.
Drive sales growth through effective assortment, pricing, promotion, and visibility execution.
Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, retro bonuses, and commercial conditions with customers.
Monitor customer P&L performance and ensure healthy profitability management.
Coordinate listing, distribution, shelf availability, and in-store execution across all modern trade chains.
Analyze Competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and category teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Lead forecasting and demand planning processes together with customers and internal teams.
Ensure timely collection management and compliance with company financial policies.
Prepare regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Manage and develop the Modern Trade sales team and distributor relationships.
Ensure excellence in execution of promotional activities, launches, and category initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade / Key Account Management.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience managing national retail chains and large customer portfolios.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Fluent in Russian/Kazakh and preferably English is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
