Admissions & Sales Officer

Описание

Сотрудник отвечает за первичную коммуникацию с потенциальными клиентами, обработку входящих заявок, консультации по образовательным программам университета и сопровождение клиента до подачи заявки/оплаты. Позиция требует уверенных коммуникативных навыков, дисциплины, умения работать с CRM-системой и ориентации на выполнение плана продаж.


Основные обязанности:
• Приём и обработка входящих заявок из разных каналов: сайт, WhatsApp, социальные сети, звонки, мероприятия
• Исходящие звонки потенциальным клиентам
• Консультация по программам университета, условиям поступления, стоимости обучения, грантам и дальнейшим шагам
• Сопровождение клиента на всех этапах: первичная консультация, встреча, подача документов, follow-up, закрытие сделки
• Работа с возражениями клиентов
• Ведение клиентской базы в CRM
• Своевременное обновление статусов, комментариев и истории коммуникации в CRM
• Выполнение личного плана по звонкам, встречам, заявкам и продажам
• Приглашение клиентов на Open Day, инфо-сессии, консультации и другие мероприятия университета
• Подготовка ежедневной/еженедельной отчётности по результатам работы
• Взаимодействие с отделами Маркетинга, Admissions и академической командой.


Требования
• Опыт работы в продажах, admissions, call-center, образовании или клиентском сервисе
• Умение работать в CRM-системах
• Грамотная устная и письменная речь
• Навыки деловой переписки в WhatsApp, email и мессенджерах
• Уверенные навыки телефонных переговоров
• Умение работать с возражениями и доводить клиента до решения
• Ответственность, системность и ориентация на результат
• Знание казахского, русского, английского языка обязательно
• Интерес к сфере образования и работе с клиентами

• Количество назначенных консультаций/встреч
• Конверсия из заявки в консультацию
• Конверсия из консультации в подачу документов/оплату
• Выполнение личного плана продаж
• Качество и своевременность ведения CRM
