Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Coordinator to support and coordinate service operations, commissioning activities, technical support, and customer communication for UPS and Data Center Infrastructure Solutions across the CIS region.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in UPS systems and mission-critical infrastructure with excellent organizational, communication, and customer management skills. This role acts as a bridge between field service teams, project managers, customers, technical support, and engineering departments to ensure efficient execution of service and commissioning activities for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and industrial data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate daily service operations for UPS and Data Center Solutions projects.
- Plan and schedule field service engineers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
- Ensure service activities are executed according to customer schedules and SLA requirements.
- Monitor project progress and maintain communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Coordinate spare parts logistics and on-site material availability.
- Support emergency response activities and escalation management for critical incidents.
- Ticketing tool management
- Track service KPIs, response times, and operational performance.
Technical Support & Customer Coordination
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex UPS and power infrastructure issues.
- Attend customer meetings for technical discussions, planning, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate communication between customers, engineering teams, quality departments, and project management.
Commissioning & Project Support
- Coordinate commissioning and startup activities for UPS and data center systems.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and installation procedures.
- Assist with FAT/SAT planning and execution.
- Support site acceptance activities and customer handover processes.
Training & Knowledge Development
- Organize and support technical training programs for service engineers and partners.
- Develop and maintain service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Maintain technical knowledge databases and service procedures.
- Promote continuous technical learning and operational excellence within the service organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in:
- UPS systems
- Critical power infrastructure
- Data center service operations
- Technical coordination or commissioning
- Strong understanding of:
- UPS systems
- Battery technologies
- Electrical distribution systems
- Data center infrastructure
- Power electronics
- Experience coordinating technical field teams and customer projects.
- Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments.
- Experience with technical documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to travel across CIS when required.
