Requirements of product manager are as follows:
Must have at least 5-10 years of experience as a construction or mining equipment service engineer or service trainer or troubleshooting engineer or over 10 years of experience in the construction or mining equipment machinery industry;
Know well with mining/road machinery (WL, EX, MG, BD, Mining trucks, RL, PV, Milling) - A resume showing experience working at Komatsu, Hitachi or Caterpillar is preferred.
Must be able to work in the two core markets of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and be willing to travel to other Central Asian countries as needed;
Fluent in Russian and English (Kazakh is preferred);
Other basic requirements are the same as those in the attachment.
Purpose for position:
Responsible for preparing product service training materials, conduct training and examination of dealers’ service team, providing technical support to dealers and customers. Research on the local market service requirements, and support dealers and subsidiary engineers for product service, product operation and maintenance.
Duties & responsibilities:
If there are questions about product strategy, product application, product sales training etc.
- Create local product service training materials with support of headquarters
- Conduct product service training for the dealers’ service team
- Support dealers and customers on the proper service methods
- Follow the training plan agreed by Aftermarket Training Manager
- Follow the translation plan agreed by Aftermarket Training Manager
- Collect information about gaps in knowledge and skills of subsidiary and dealers’ service team, propose to make changes in training plan according to the set priorities
- Along with construction equipment research and learn mining, road, agriculture equipment
- Participation in the training program in Headquarters
- Temporary work assigned by the supervisor

KPI evaluation standard:
- Service training materials should be classified and archived (stored under the fixed shared files of subsidiaries)
- After the dealer training, there should be trainee evaluation and training teacher evaluation feedback form
- Training material translation according to translation plan assessed monthly
- Conduction of training according to training plan assessed monthly
- Submit monthly (before each 30th month) work plan and summary according to the template
- Submit semi-annual (before 30th Jun), annual (before 30th Dec) work plan summary reports
- KPI assessment monthly (Based on Liugong template)
Business trip:
- Travel domestically and abroad as needed
- Submit a travel report within one week of returning from a business trip
