Responsibilities:
Employee Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, and internal HR documentation
- Support internal communication between departments and team members
- Assist employees with operational and administrative requests
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal follow-ups across teams
Project Coordination & Jira Management
- Support project planning, task coordination, and timeline tracking
- Create, update, and monitor tasks and workflows in Jira
- Ensure projects and tasks are properly documented and updated by team members
- Follow up with teams regarding deadlines, deliverables, and project progress
- Prepare internal project summaries and status updates for management
- Support coordination between technical and non-technical departments
Reporting & Process Support
- Prepare internal coordination and activity reports
- Track project-related progress, workload distribution, and operational tasks
- Support process improvements and workflow organisation
- Assist management with coordination-related administrative tasks
- Monitor ongoing activities and escalate delays or issues when necessary
Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with international teams across multiple offices
- Communicate in English with colleagues, partners, and service providers
- Support collaboration between departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality in all coordination processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, IT, or a related field
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Excel and Office tools
- High attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work systematically in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience is not required
