Международная компания в сфере поставок ингредиентов и сырья для пищевой промышленности, находится в поиске Customer service specialist (Logistics coordinator)
Обязанности:
Координация и сопровождение текущих клиентов: обработка заказов, выставление счетов и организация отгрузок.
Взаимодействие с локальными и международными поставщиками, размещение заказов на образцы и коммерческие товары, подготовка сопроводительной документации.
Работа с логистическими компаниями: запрос ставок, координация перевозок и контроль доставки товаров на склад.
Взаимодействие с таможенными брокерами и подготовка документов для таможенного оформления.
Ведение отчетности и актуализация данных в CRM-системе.
Контроль складских остатков и наличия товаров.
Административная и операционная поддержка отдела продаж, включая сопровождение новых клиентов и подготовку необходимой документации.
Требования:
Опыт работы в сфере логистики, закупок или клиентского сервиса от 1–2 лет.
Знание процессов поставок, логистики и таможенного оформления.
Опыт взаимодействия с поставщиками, перевозчиками и клиентами.
Навыки ведения деловой переписки и документооборота.
Уверенный пользователь MS Office.
Владение английским языком на уровне Intermediate и выше для коммуникации с иностранными поставщиками.
