Head of Sales (Logistics)

Описание

Обязанности:

  • Руководство и развитие команды продаж (подбор, обучение, управление эффективностью)

  • Формирование и реализация стратегии продаж

  • Выполнение планов продаж и KPI (новый бизнес + развитие ключевых клиентов)

  • Развитие B2B клиентской базы (локальные и международные клиенты)

  • Ведение переговоров с ключевыми и стратегическими клиентами

  • Развитие долгосрочных партнерских отношений и удержание клиентов

  • Контроль воронки продаж, прогнозирования и CRM-дисциплины

  • Взаимодействие с операционным (транспортным) отделом

  • Подготовка и согласование коммерческих предложений и контрактов

  • Анализ рынка и конкурентов, формирование предложений по развитию продаж

  • Представление компании на переговорах, выставках и отраслевых мероприятиях

Требования:

  • Опыт в продажах в логистике / экспедировании от 3 лет

  • Опыт руководства отделом продаж от 3 лет

  • Опыт в международной логистике (авто, море, авиа, мультимодальные

  • перевозки)

  • Знание CRM-систем и современных процессов продаж

  • Английский язык — не ниже Upper-Intermediate (обязательно для переговоров)

  • Сильные лидерские и управленческие навыки
