Responsibilities:
Ensure execution of the Commercial Strategy for Uzbekistan, maximize organization effectiveness and business growth. Manage, develop and engage all local team's members to sustain high performance culture, development of professional expertise & motivation to business acceleration. Ensure excellent administrative management on Uzbekistan office in line with corporate requirements.
In line with the Company’s policies ensures development annual business plan as well as the budgets and monitors its fulfillment in order to plan sufficient resources required for the targets realization.
Manage the development and introduction of policies and procedures to unify the applied approaches to reporting as well as ensure the achievement of corporate goals in the above areas
