Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for business relations with modern regional retail chains at South & East regions, developing business plans taking into account the company's policy, monitoring newly opened points of sale and concluding contracts with them
• Negotiate with clients on commercial terms and development plans. Monitor the fulfillment of contract terms.
• During the period of price changes, be responsible for coordinating all necessary information with other departments of the company and adapting the price change strategy in the chain of responsibility. Work with promotion plans, profit and loss report.
• Be responsible for investment budgets provided by the network and risk management in the network.
• Be responsible for consolidating monthly reports on sales, prices and promotions from retail outlets, providing all necessary information about brands, promotions, etc. in retail outlets.
• Control the quality of the sales department. Prepare proposals for optimizing the work of teams.
• Manage sales and merchandising departments in the region.

Requirements:

• Higher Education,
• Strong sales experience with retail chains,
• Knowledge of methodology of determining pay ability of demands, developing perspective and current plans for production and sales,
• Good knowledge of methodology for market trends studies, for development of demand predictions,
• Ability of implementing working methodology with dealers and distributors,
• Knowledge of company products supply, transportation, organizational structure and strategic development trends,
• Good knowledge of budgeting techniques and analysis. High analytical and negotiation skills, strategic vision,
• Key skills: Strategic planning, result-driven mindset, strong prioritization, creative problem solving, big-picture thinking, team development, and excellent communication skills.
• English – good intermediate level.
