    Мы усиливаем коммерческую команду и ищем сильного sales-профессионала, который ориентирован на результат, умеет работать с планами и стабильно выполняет KPI.

    Кого мы ищем

    Мы ищем опытного sales-специалиста из логистики / экспедирования, который:

  • имеет подтверждённый опыт выполнения и перевыполнения KPI / планов продаж;
  • умеет самостоятельно развивать клиентский портфель;
  • уверенно закрывает сделки и ведёт переговоры;
  • понимает международные логистические процессы (freight forwarding / supply chain);
  • умеет работать с цифрами, воронкой и коммерческими показателями;
  • ориентирован на результат и рост дохода через performance.

  • Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Выполнение индивидуальных KPI по продажам (объём, маржа, новые клиенты).
  • Развитие и увеличение собственного клиентского портфеля.
  • Привлечение новых клиентов и развитие существующих.
  • Проведение переговоров и заключение контрактов.
  • Подготовка коммерческих предложений и управление сделками end-to-end.
  • Контроль ключевых коммерческих показателей по клиентам.
  • Работа с воронкой продаж и планирование результатов.
  • Контроль дебиторской задолженности по клиентам.
  • Обеспечение роста доходности портфеля.

  • Мы ожидаем

  • 4+ лет опыта продаж в международной логистике / экспедировании.
  • Подтверждённый опыт выполнения и перевыполнения KPI / планов продаж.
  • Сильный track record личного коммерческого результата.
  • Понимание логистических процессов (freight forwarding / supply chain).
  • Опыт ведения переговоров и закрытия сделок.
  • Умение работать с цифрами, воронкой и коммерческими показателями.
  • Английский — Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Высокая личная ответственность и ориентация на результат.
