Мы — технологичная и амбициозная IT-компания. Мы не просто пишем код, мы решаем бизнес-задачи наших клиентов. Сейчас мы находимся в поиске проактивного и результативного Business Development Manager (BDM). Вашей главной задачей будет продвижение нашего флагманского продукта mediascanner.kz, а также продажа услуг компании по заказной IT-разработке "под ключ".

Обязанности:

  • Активный поиск и привлечение B2B-клиентов: генерация лидов, холодный/теплый аутрич, нетворкинг.

  • Продажа mediascanner.kz: проведение онлайн и офлайн презентаций (демо) продукта для маркетологов, PR-специалистов и топ-менеджмента.

  • Продажа услуг заказной разработки: выявление потребностей бизнеса в автоматизации и цифровизации, брифование клиентов, продажа IT-экспертизы команды.

  • Ведение полного цикла сделки: от первого контакта до подписания договора и передачи клиента в отдел аккаунтинга/разработки.

  • Составление и защита коммерческих предложений.

  • Ведение клиентской базы и воронки продаж в CRM-системе.

  • Участие в профильных конференциях, выставках и митапах для расширения партнерской сети.

Требования:

  • Опыт в B2B продажах от 2-х лет, желательно в сфере IT (продажа SaaS-решений, интеграций, веб/мобайл разработки).

  • Понимание базовых принципов IT-разработки (вы должны понимать, чем Frontend отличается от Backend, и как строится процесс создания ПО).

  • Умение выходить на ЛПР (CEO, CMO, CTO, PR-директора) и выстраивать с ними долгосрочные отношения.

  • Навыки проведения блестящих презентаций и грамотная устная/письменная речь.

  • Высокий уровень самоорганизации, ориентация на финансовый результат (вы не ждете входящих заявок, а сами создаете возможности).

  • Знание казахского и английского языков будет вашим весомым преимуществом.

  • Прозрачная система мотивации: фиксированный оклад + % от продаж. Уровень оклада обсуждается индивидуально по итогам собеседования.

  • Официальное трудоустройство согласно ТК РК.

  • Сильный и востребованный продукт (mediascanner.kz) и профессиональная команда разработчиков, за которую не стыдно перед клиентом.

  • Гибкий график работы / гибридный формат (обсуждается).

  • Возможность карьерного роста до Head of Sales.
