Headshot Recruitment agency is looking for a Head of Product for our client, an international company.

One of their projects is a classic web dating application for Muslims with millions of users.

HQ of its business is in Australia and employees work remotely from different countries.

About the role

The main goals are to define it as a standalone product direction, to build a dedicated development team, and to scale the product by 2-3x in the future.

Your future tasks

• Define & Execute Product Strategy: Develop and prioritize the product roadmap to align with business goals and user needs, ensuring continuous platform growth.
• User & Market Research: Conduct research (user surveys, feedback, industry trends) to gather insights and identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
• Feature Development & Prioritization: Lead the development of new features (e.g., enhanced matching, privacy tools) and manage the product backlog to deliver high-impact updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of product features and initiatives.
• User Experience Optimization: Ensure the platform is intuitive and engaging by collaborating with UX/UI designers to improve user flows and conduct A/B tests.
• Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (e.g., user engagement, subscriptions) and analyze data to optimize features and drive growth.
• Safety & Trust: Focus on building features that enhance user safety, such as reporting tools and verification systems, to create a trusted environment.
• Monetization Strategy: Develop and optimize subscription models and pricing strategies to drive revenue while ensuring value for users.
• Customer Support & Feedback Loop: Address user feedback, resolve pain points, and work with support teams to improve the overall user experience.

We expect from you

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a CPO or a Head of Product in B2C product companies.
• Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring continuous iteration and improvement post-launch.
• Solid understanding of user journey, product lifecycle, ability to define and manage a product roadmap, prioritize features and tasks based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Strong data-driven approach and skills in data analysis (ability to track, analyze, and manage key metrics).
• P&L ownership experience.
• Skills in market research: conducting market analysis and competitive analysis to understand the market landscape, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Understanding of different pricing models, subscription systems, and monetization strategies.
• Project management skills: manage the backlog, sprints, and workflows, management of timelines, resource allocation
• Strong opinion with the ability to clearly justify, and defend business and product decisions.
• Russian and English languages at B2+ level.
• Willingness to have time overlap with Australia (GMT+11).
• Your time zone and location (GMT+2 - GMT+8, except Russia, Belarus and Ukraine).
