Описание

Требования к кандидату:

  • Опыт работы в B2B-продажах от 2–3 лет (предпочтительно в сфере сетевого оборудования, IT или электроники)
  • Понимание рынка телекоммуникационного оборудования и/или IT-инфраструктуры
  • Навыки ведения переговоров и построения долгосрочных отношений с клиентами
  • Опыт работы с дистрибьюторами, реселлерами и партнёрской сетью
  • Умение выполнять и перевыполнять планы продаж
  • Навыки поиска и привлечения новых клиентов (холодные продажи)
  • Опыт подготовки коммерческих предложений и проведения презентаций
  • Знание основ сетевых технологий (будет преимуществом: Wi-Fi, маршрутизаторы, коммутаторы и т.д.)
  • Владение CRM-системами (например, Bitrix24, Salesforce или аналогами)
  • Уверенный пользователь Excel и PowerPoint
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь
  • Знание английского языка на уровне не ниже Intermediate (для взаимодействия с международной командой)

  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки
  • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности
  • Стрессоустойчивость

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы с брендами сетевого оборудования (Tenda, IP-Com, TP-Link, MikroTik и др.)
  • Наличие собственной базы клиентов / партнёров
  • Опыт работы на рынках СНГ
