Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Tax to lead and manage all tax-related matters within the organization. The role includes ensuring full compliance with local tax legislation, optimizing tax processes, and providing strategic tax guidance to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 8–9 years of experience in the tax field

Manager level is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Oversee all tax operations and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Manage tax planning, reporting, and risk assessment
- Supervise preparation and submission of tax returns
- Lead communication with tax authorities and external auditors
- Provide guidance on tax optimization and efficiency
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), refundable taxes, and taxation of residents
- Proven managerial experience and ability to lead a team
- Solid understanding of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in handling tax audits and interactions with tax authorities
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Oracle systems (e.g., Oracle ERP)
- Professional certifications in taxation, accounting, or finance (ACCA, CPA, DipIFR, or similar)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
