Описание

Tax Manager / Senior Tax Consultant

О роли

Позиция предполагает ведение проектов в области налогового консалтинга для клиентов из различных отраслей. Роль сочетает в себе глубокую налоговую экспертизу, управление проектами и координацию команды.

Основные задачи

  • Подготовка налоговых заключений (tax memoranda) и отчетов
  • Участие в проектах по:
    • налоговым проверкам (tax review)
    • налоговому due diligence
    • налоговому структурированию
  • Полное управление проектным циклом:
    • подготовка коммерческих предложений
    • соблюдение внутренних процедур и риск-менеджмента
    • организация работы команды
    • контроль сроков и качества
    • регулярная коммуникация с клиентами
    • выставление счетов и контроль оплат
  • Обучение и развитие сотрудников, проверка их работы
  • Подготовка аналитических материалов, участие в тренингах и клиентских мероприятиях
  • Развитие и поддержание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами

Требования к опыту

  • 5–6+ лет опыта в налоговом консалтинге
  • Опыт ведения проектов и взаимодействия с клиентами

Профессиональные навыки

  • Знание основ бухгалтерского учета
  • Опыт работы с учетными системами (1C, SAP, Oracle и др.)
  • Уверенное владение английским языком
  • Свободное владение русским или казахским языком
  • ACCA или ADIT будет преимуществом
