1. Supply Chain & Material Control

• Manage the full supply chain cycle of spare parts—from forecasting, purchasing, inbound logistics, warehouse receiving, to market distribution.
  

• Establish and monitor safety stock, reorder points, MOQ, and buffer stock for each parts category.
  

• Evaluate stock movement (fast/slow movers, dead stock) and implement appropriate replenishment or liquidation actions.
  

• Analyze lead times, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency to minimize delays and shortages.
  

• Ensure data accuracy across SAP systems for stock levels, material codes, and master data.
  

2. Inventory Planning & Optimization

• Develop monthly and quarterly demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and service center consumption.
  

• Optimize inventory levels to balance availability vs. working capital, reducing excess stock and minimizing backorders.
  

• Conduct regular inventory health checks and cycle counts with warehouses.
  

• Maintain and track inventory KPIs: fill rate, OTIF, stock turnover, aging, and inventory accuracy.
  

3. Market & Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate inbound shipments and distribution plans with central warehouse and market warehouses.
  

• Resolve order issues, delivery discrepancies, and system errors promptly and systematically.
  

• Collaborate closely with distributors, service centers, logistics teams, procurement, and planning departments.
  

4. Cost & Budget Management

• Prepare annual and monthly budgets for spare parts procurement and inventory holding costs.
  

• Monitor spending, analyze variances, and implement cost‑optimization initiatives.
