We are looking for a strong and results-driven professional to lead and develop the Parts & Accessories direction, build efficient processes, and directly impact the company’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Parts & Accessories business unit
Develop and implement sales strategy
Ensure achievement of financial targets (revenue, margin)
Control purchasing, inventory levels, and stock turnover
Expand and optimize the product assortment
Work closely with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms
Analyze market trends and implement growth initiatives
Lead and develop the team to improve performance
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Optimize business processes within the area of responsibility
Requirements:
Higher education
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in sales, marketing, or project management
Proven team management experience
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
Advanced MS Excel user
Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to prepare clear and effective business presentations with visualization
High level of responsibility and ownership for results
