The Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full financial management function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAE regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements in the UAE.
• Supervise and guide the finance team in day-to-day operations.
• Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and strategic support to senior management and project teams.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international UAE financial standards and regulations.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to financial management.
