Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of industrial and supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse), monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with Alstom’s accounting standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of budgeting and reporting activities, stock monitoring, and financial reconciliations, but also support operational teams with key performance indicator (KPI) development and analysis.
We’ll look to you for:
Coordinating budgeting and monthly reporting activities for the Industrial & Supply Chain Function
Monitoring raw material coverage and budget targets with the Supply Chain Manager
Overseeing WIP and FG coverage with the Industrial Planning Manager
Performing stock impairment calculations semi-annually
Monitoring NCR stock ageing and providing action plans for resolution
Ensuring stock in transit aligns with lead times
Supporting warehouse operations to increase stock-taking accuracy and ensuring proper application of DOA
Reconciling custom stock and ERP stock on a quarterly basis
Leading industrial reviews on work order follow-ups, root-cause analysis, and action planning
Providing financial support to Industrial and Supply Chain teams and challenging operational KPIs
Performing financial month-end closings and ERP reconciliations to ensure zero gaps
Providing accurate and timely reports with analysis and explanations
Supporting FPM with material management work package reviews
Ensuring compliance with DOA and reporting any inconsistencies
Acting as a Key User for the GSI controlling module

Bachelor’s degree
3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain roles
Understanding of financial processes in industrial environments
Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience being advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
