You will be part of the Finance team, working closely with Accounting, Tax, Logistics, Procurement, and external customs brokers. The team supports international trade operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with customs and tax regulations, and timely processing of import and export transactions.

As a member of the Finance function, you will be responsible for accounting and financial control of import and export operations. This role supports the business by ensuring accurate recording of international trade transactions, compliance with local and international regulations, and timely reporting.

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with import and export operations
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures, VAT, duties, and international trade regulations
• Experience working with foreign contracts and currency transactions
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines

• Record and reconcile import and export transactions in the accounting system
• Calculate and account for customs duties, VAT, and other taxes related to foreign trade
• Prepare, review, and validate customs and shipping documentation
• Reconcile invoices and payments with foreign suppliers and customers
• Support month-end closing and audit activities related to international operations
• Cooperate with logistics, procurement, and external customs brokers
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes
