1. Assist the Chief Accountant in daily financial accounting and bookkeeping in accordance with local accounting standards and tax regulations;

2. Handle invoice issuance and management, ensure invoices are issued accurately and in compliance with local regulations, and maintain proper records;

3. Review and process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures;

4. Assist in preparing tax declarations (such as 100.00, 200.00, 300.00, 700.00, 701.00, 870.00, etc.) in accordance with local tax requirements;

5. Participate in EPC project accounting, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, and project financial tracking;

6. Assist in payroll calculation and related accounting entries;

7. Prepare financial statements, statistical reports, and supporting schedules as required;

8. Assist in the annual financial closing and external audit, and provide necessary documents to auditors;

9.Maintain good communication with internal departments and assist in resolving daily financial matters;

10. Possess good professional ethics, be proactive and responsible, and able to adapt to a challenging work environment. Provide support to the Finance Director and Chief Accountant in completing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

2. At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or EPC projects;

3. Familiar with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial procedures;

4. Proficient in 1C accounting system and Microsoft Office;

5. English proficiency at B2 level or above, with basic working communication skills;

6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure;

7. Local accounting qualification is preferred.
