Responsibilities:
-conduct market research and analysis of the U.S. BPO industry with a focus on healthcare and financial services verticals
-analyze market trends, industry reports, and regulatory developments in healthcare and financial sectors
-identify growth opportunities, emerging niches, and demand for outsourcing services
-perform competitor analysis of major BPO providers operating in the U.S. market
-research potential clients including healthcare providers, payers, fintech companies, banks, and financial institutions
-build and maintain databases of target accounts, market segments, and key decision-makers
-analyze outsourcing demand for services such as revenue cycle management, claims processing, customer support, back-office operations, and financial operations
-prepare analytical reports, market briefs, and industry insights for leadership and business development teams
-support sales and strategy teams with market intelligence and target market analysis
-monitor industry news, regulatory updates, and technological developments affecting healthcare and financial services outsourcing
-develop market segmentation and ideal customer profiles (ICP) for BPO services
-support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights and research
Requirements:
-fluent Russian
-English C1 (Advanced)
-3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles
-experience researching U.S. markets, preferably in B2B services
-strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large volumes of market data
-experience conducting competitor analysis and industry research
-experience working with market research tools, databases, and public industry reports
-understanding of outsourcing, BPO, or professional services markets
-strong written communication skills for preparing analytical reports and presentations
-ability to structure complex information and present clear insights
Nice to Have:
-experience researching healthcare industry (providers, payers, revenue cycle management, medical billing, etc.)
-experience researching financial services or fintech markets in the U.S.
-experience working with BPO / outsourcing / consulting companies
-experience building target account lists and ideal customer profiles
-experience supporting sales or business development teams with market insights
-familiarity with U.S. healthcare or financial services regulatory landscape
-experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, PitchBook, or similar databases
