Описание

Обязанности:
  • Управление ассортиментом и ценообразованием: Запуск новых товаров, формирование календаря активностей, работа над маржинальностью
  • Анализ рынка и конкурентов: Мониторинг юнит-экономики, изучение спроса и корректировка продуктового портфеля
  • Выполнение плана GMV: Взаимодействие с командами маркетинга и SEO для повышения конверсии и вовлеченности пользователей
  • Развитие партнерской сети: Рекрутинг и онбординг партнёров. Обучение: материалы, вебинары, поддержка; Контроль KPI сети: активность, конверсия, рост
Требования:
  • Опыт от 2х лет в e-commerce, маркетплейсах или D2C с коммерческой ответственностью
  • Практическое понимание юнит-экономики (CAC, LTV, retention)
  • Excel: формулы, сводные, базовая аналитика
  • Знание казахстанского рынка и каналов (Kaspi, WhatsApp, Instagram)
  • Опыт запуска продукта с нуля, работа с реферальными программами, FMCG-категории
