At Brandvised, we help ambitious brands scale on Amazon. Our team manages a portfolio of high-growth, Amazon-native brands across multiple product categories and global marketplaces. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Demand Planner to own the entire inventory planning cycle — from forecasting demand to placing purchase orders — across 7 Amazon-native brands operating in 10+ global marketplaces.
This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, brand strategy, and performance marketing, working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Brand Managers to ensure our brands always have the right inventory at the right time.

Demand Forecasting
Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts per SKU and marketplace using historical data, trends, and marketing inputs.
Continuously refine forecasting models based on real performance data.
Inventory Planning
Translate forecasts into order plans by calculating reorder quantities, lead times, and safety stock levels.
Ensure optimal inventory across FBA and external warehouses.
Cross-Team Alignment
Partner with Brand Managers to align forecasts with promotions, campaigns, product launches, and seasonality.
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to support inventory needs as brands scale.
Order Management
Own the purchase order process end-to-end — generate and submit orders to suppliers, track confirmations, and manage delivery timelines.
Inventory Health
Monitor stock levels across marketplaces to proactively prevent stockouts and overstock.
Reporting & Optimization
Track forecast accuracy and improve planning models over time.
Provide regular insights on demand trends, inventory health, and key metrics to leadership.
Time Tracking & Work Style
Brandvised is a fully remote team, and we use lightweight time tracking to support transparency, fair workload planning, and long-term sustainability — not micromanagement.
Team members track overall working time (not individual tasks). Hours are reviewed monthly, not daily, and we prioritize outcomes over rigid schedules.
We expect roughly 90% of agreed monthly hours, with full flexibility in how you structure your workday, as long as you’re available for key meetings and collaboration.
3+ years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or inventory management (e-commerce or Amazon strongly preferred)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn large datasets into actionable decisions
Advanced Google Sheets proficiency; experience with Inventory Planner or similar tools is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working cross-functionally
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs across several markets
Experience working with Chinese suppliers is a strong advantage
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
