Planning and Analysis for EURASIA

ROLE OVERVIEW: Aligned with the Finance Reinvention philosophy that emphasizes value creation and innovative business partnering through digitization and streamlined financial operations, this role is crucial in delivering both the long-term strategy and short-term KPIs for the Baltics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic review processes.
• Develop tools for SOP, MBR, and brand analysis to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure corporate strategic guidelines for planning and control are implemented.
• Serve as a key Finance Business Partner to the Commercial and Marketing departments, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, supporting business growth and goal achievement.
• Drive projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and distribution.
• Lead or participate in both global and local projects, and handle ad-hoc requests in alignment with Company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong skills in financial analysis and planning, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Open AI being essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles; previous experience in the FMCG industry or Big4 (level S3) is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
