Collect and organize employee information and documentation
Maintain and update data in Excel / Google Sheets
Track employee working hours and ensure records are accurate
Follow up with clients to request missing information
Review documents for completeness and accuracy
Support internal processes related to compliance and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work with large amounts of data
English level: C1 or higher (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in operations, administration, HR, payroll, or compliance
Experience working with international (U.S.) clients

This role is focused on data management, document processing, and client coordination. It is not accounting-related but requires a high level of accuracy and organization.
