Описание

Обязанности:

1. Операционный контроль маркетинга

• Контроль выполнения задач по всем каналам

• Контроль сроков запуска кампаний

• Контроль внедрения гипотез

• Контроль исполнения протоколов встреч

2. Дисциплина

• Еженедельный план → ежедневный статус

• Фиксация дедлайнов

• Эскалация просрочек

• Устранение “подвисших” задач

3. Управление воронкой исполнения

• От идеи до запуска

• От запуска до отчета

• От отчета до решения

4. Связка маркетинг ↔ риск ↔ IT ↔ КЦ

• Дожим до результата

• Синхронизация по изменениям

• Превентивное снятие блокеров

5. Стандартизация процессов

• Регламенты запуска

• Шаблоны ТЗ

• Система приоритизации

• SLA внутри маркетинга

6. Ответственность и бонусы по KPI

• Выполнение плана привлечения новых клиентов

• Выполнение плана по СРА

• Контроль показаетлей ретенша

Требования:

• Опыт работы в маркетинге или маркетинговых операциях от 3 лет

• Опыт управления процессами и задачами в маркетинговых командах


• Сильные организационные навыки и системное мышление


• Опыт работы с аналитикой и маркетинговыми метриками (CPA, CAC, LTV, retention)


• Умение координировать работу нескольких команд одновременно


• Опыт работы с таск-менеджерами (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello или аналогами)


• Умение работать с большим объемом задач и приоритетов


• Проактивность, ответственность и ориентация на результат

Будет преимуществом

• Опыт работы в fintech
• Опыт работы с performance marketing
• Понимание воронок привлечения и удержания клиентов
