Вакансия: Sales Operator

Местоположение: Онлайн (удалённо)
График: Пн–Пт, с 8:00 до 18:00 (по времени Лос-Анджелеса)
Формат работы: Удалённый офис через Discord

МЫ ПЛАТИМ ФИКС $ + процент за каждого клиента

Требования:

  • Разговорный английский выше уровня Upper-Intermediate
  • Уверенное владение ПК и CRM-системами
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь (английский)
  • Ответственность, внимательность и умение работать в режиме многозадачности

Обязанности:

  • Довести клиента до замера и сбор информации, закрытие сделки (для небольших проектов — по фото, для крупных — выводить на личную встречу)
  • Приём и обработка входящих звонков и сообщений
  • Общение с клиентами, уточнение деталей и внесение данных в CRM
  • Качественное ведение и обновление клиентской базы
  • Перезвон клиентам, фоллоу-апы, переписка по email
  • Выполнение мелких операционных задач и поручений
