As a Sales Executive at Glovo you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team based in Almaty, responsible for contacting the partner's pipeline of leads and signing up big partners in the region.
Seal partnerships with the best accounts, while being aligned with the company goalsAs an owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your countryBuild long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboardingKeep your pipeline updated on a daily basisActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a differenceDo regular field trips (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals) - 10-20% of the timeQualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales – key contacts in the industry is a plusFull professional level in Kazakh and Russian Fluency in EnglishYou are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce)Strong commercial and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsHighly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinkerIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
