Описание

Freedom Media — динамично развивающаяся компания в сфере цифровых развлечений.

Мы запустили уникальную OTT-платформу, которая изменит индустрию развлечений в Казахстане, и нам нужен Менеджер по performance-маркетингу, который станет частью нашей амбициозной команды!

Что тебя ждет:

  • Ведение Google (UAC/Search), Meta, ASA, TikTok, Директ. Кратно растить объемы в рамках KPI.

  • Формирование ТЗ дизайнерам на основе данных (CTR, VTR, конверсии). Реко, что рисовать, чтобы работало.

  • Настройка AppsFlyer (трекинг, постбэки, диплинки, SKAdNetwork).

  • Ежедневный контроль юнит-экономики (CPI → CAC → LTV → ROAS). Прозрачная отчетность: «Потратили X — Получили Y платящих».

Что нужно от тебя:

  • Опыт 2+ года (Mobile App — обязательно).

  • Свободное владение кабинетами: Meta, Google, TikTok.

  • AppsFlyer (понимание атрибуции, настройки событий).

  • Excel/Google Sheets (сводные таблицы, формулы).

  • Фокус на прибыль и конверсии, а не на охваты/клики.

  • Самостоятельное управление бюджетом. Видите слив — останавливаете сами, не дожидаясь команды.

  • Любые решения только на основе цифр.
