We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and manage a portfolio of premium dermatology products.
Responsibilities:
Design brand strategy in alignment with all stakeholders, with a focus on dermatology products.
Drive growth of key products based on market, consumer, and medical insights.
Implement new product launches (from volume and GM calculation to shelf activation).
Collect and analyze consumer, patient, and market insights, including competitor strategies.
Adapt communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) to the dermatology segment and local markets.
Lead brand projects in collaboration with other departments (medical, sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to support broader business strategy.
Make recommendations on category development based on consumer, market, competitor, and medical expertise (launch analysis, strategic memos, etc.).
Manage and adjust marketing budgets based on performance and business needs.
Recommend media strategies, implement media and promotional plans, and ensure execution of trade marketing activities.
Lead and mentor a brand team, providing guidance, development, and performance management.
Requirements:
Higher Education (Bachelor’s degree or above).
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in an international FMCG or dermatology/healthcare company.
Previous experience managing a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong interest in dermatology and healthcare products.
Upper-Intermediate English level or above.
