Role and Responsibilities

Planning of service work from placing an order in the system to the complete closure of work in SAP

Additional requirements

Maintains service contracts in the ERP system and checks that the Service Delivery matches customer expectations.Maintains and coordinates existing contracts with correct Purchase Orders, invoicing schedules, Service Products. Organises variations for existing Contracts and adjusts system records to match customer requirements.Maintains accuracy of spare parts on service agreements.Maintains contracts to suit changing needs of customers.Maintains a sufficient audit trail of amendments and decisions.Monitors service plan jobs being carried out and act on the Customer feedback on service reports.Planning service work.Communicating with customers regarding site visits, training, and on-site accommodation for engineers.Adjusts invoice and service weeks to improve the efficiency of Service Operations.Acts upon the information provided by Service Technicians in service reports and takes appropriate action. Assigns any Sales Leads to the sales people to follow-up and quote.
