RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visiting customer sites onshore and offshore within the area of responsibility for troubleshooting, installation supervision, commissioning, calibration/verification and start-up as per the contract. Provision of technical documentation as per contract. Provide feedback to sales when handling support cases and site visits, and assign opportunities when requests are received. Conduct training for customers including preparation. Assist technicians with less experience. Support customers with product information and find solutions for technical problems. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about all products of Endress + Hauser. (online training and offline training from our factories) Organize and carry out demonstration and test installation at clients' sites Provide remote support to regional partners and direct end customers. Understand various aspects of after-sales service in terms of compliance with requirements, quality and time factors. Handling re-call, repair and warranty cases and document all cases accurately and professionally.
