About the role:
Join our team as a Support Engineer, where you will provide dedicated support for our existing suite of financial instruments. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to fill this role.
Reporting Line: FI Support Lead
Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location)
Responsibilities:
Provide support for existing financial instruments and systems.
Process and resolve Level 2 (L2) customer technical requests.
Optimize and modify existing processes to enhance productivity and simplify future maintenance.
Automate repetitive and routine tasks to improve efficiency.
Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve client’s technical issues related to product usage.
Document the outcomes and results of completed tasks for future reference.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in 1st or 2nd Line Support (L1/L2).
Familiarity with Atlassian project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
Knowledge of fundamental concepts in functional programming, including recursion and pure functions.
