По техническим причинам не можем производить выплаты налоговым резидентам РФ и РБ

Обязанности:

  • Приём входящих звонков на английском языке.

  • Обработка заявок из Yelp, Thumbtack, SMS и Workiz.

  • Общение с клиентами по стоимости диагностики, условий, расписания.

  • Назначение визитов техников к клиентам для проведения ремонтов.

  • Работа по скриптам + умение общаться с клиентом вне шаблона.

  • Создание позитивного клиентского опыта (доброжелательность, адаптивность).

  • Максимизация конверсии в назначенный визит и оплаченный ремонт.

Требования:

  • Английский Upper-Intermediate / Fluent (B2–C1). Проверяется на собеседовании.

  • Опыт работы в клиентском сервисе.

  • Умение находить подход к клиентам: дружелюбие, терпение, чувство субординации.

  • Быстрая реакция, внимание к деталям, проактивность.

  • Будет плюсом но не обязательно: Базовые знания бытовой техники или технической части ремонта (понимание названий основных узлов: compressor, evaporator, igniter, valve, drain pump; умение отличить основные типы техники; быстро разбираться в проблеме по словам клиента)

Условия:

  • Условия:

  • $3.5/час + KPI бонусы

  • Средний доход при полной занятости: $1000–$1500 / месяц

  • Полностью удалённая работа

  • График: 8:00–18:00 PST (можно выбрать любой график 5/2, 2/2 либо 2 дня в неделю).

  • Выплаты 2 раза в месяц через Wise

  • Полное обучение, скрипты, доступ в CRM
