Upskill local marketing community & outcomes through DATA, capabilities, and tech-augmented solutions. Leverage tech-augmented solutions to ensure rigorous prioritization and OU-Market and cross-functional wiring across different processes (innovation, ABP (annual business plan), Flywheel)
PMO (project management officer) for prioritization, ABP, Calendar, Innovation, Flywheel factoryDeploy marketing capabilities agenda especially acting as COE (Center of excellence) for Data & AI literacyLead market orchestration and backlog management, including workflow, marketing operations, and planningDeploy tech-augmented ways of working.What Success Looks Like: Wired organization focused on the WTMM (work that matters most), Tools are adopted, not resisted; Capability gaps visibly close across markets; Marketing operates faster and with more precision.Experience & Critical Requirements
