Spare Parts Operations Manager (Aftersales / Industrial Equipment)

Международная компания в сфере строительной и горнодобывающей техники, представленная в странах Центральной Азии.
Основной фокус - развитие aftersales-инфраструктуры региона: запасные части, складская логистика, поддержка дилерской сети и рост aftersales-продаж.
Основные задачи и ответственность:
  • Управление направлением запасных частей (aftersales) в регионе Центральной Азии
  • Планирование и контроль складских запасов и оборачиваемости у дилеров и региональных платформ
  • Взаимодействие с дилерской сетью: сбор потребностей, координация, снижение дефицита запчастей
  • Формирование и выполнение планов продаж запасных частей, контроль KPI
  • Управление контрактами по запасным частям, контроль возвратов и компенсаций
  • Координация локальной команды (склад / запасные части), постановка задач и KPI
  • Совместная работа с сервисом и продажами техники по планированию запасов
  • Поддержка маркетинговых активностей aftersales (выставки, клиентские мероприятия)
  • Подготовка регулярной отчётности и аналитики по региону
Требования:
  • 3+ лет опыта в области запасных частей / aftersales / складской логистики
  • Опыт работы с промышленной, строительной или горной техникой -обязателен
  • Понимание цепочки: запчасти → дилер → клиент → сервис
  • Уверенный пользователь Excel, PowerPoint (анализ, отчёты, презентации)
  • Опыт работы с 1С или готовность быстро освоить
