Who will you be working with?
You will be part of our dedicated Services Team, which supports the safe and efficient operation of locomotives across the region. Our team works closely with railway customers, technical experts, and regional leaders to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Services Division, you will be responsible for coordinating, consulting, and providing technical support to railway personnel regarding locomotive operations. You will ensure that all safety requirements are met, maintain the work area in proper condition, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Your role will also involve preparing detailed reports on work composition, volume, and technological procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support field operations.
What do we want to know about you?
Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineer / Electrician) or secondary vocational technical education in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, operation, or repair of heavy equipment.
Experience in railway transport is a strong advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts and travel for business (~15%).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Confident command of English (spoken and written).
Legal authorization to work in Kazakhstan is required.
What will your typical day look like?
Coordinate and consult railway personnel on locomotive operation and repair.
Provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Work with technical documentation and maintain accurate records.
Monitor and maintain the work area to meet operational standards.
Prepare and submit reports on work volume, composition, and technological processes.
Participate in shift work and travel to support regional operations as needed.
