In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
As the Service Engineer, you will be accountable for installation, supervision, configuration, commissioning, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, participation in FAT / SAT, consulting, training of Customer personnel and other technical support during the warranty and post-warranty periods of equipment and software Business Unit Process System Solutions (BU PSS) and WPN equipment.

· Project Execution: Deliver assigned service projects according to department priorities, schedules, and quality standards. Contribute to planning to ensure goals are met on time.
· Technical Support: Provide warranty and post-warranty service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for BU PSS and WPN equipment and software. Conduct customer consultations, training, and onsite equipment testing.
· Cross-BU and Regional Support: Support projects and equipment across region, including cooperation with other Business Units when needed.
· Compliance and Documentation: Follow all Trade Compliance rules, the Company Code of Ethics, and HSE standards. Maintain accurate technical reports, service records, and project documentation.
· Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and assist in preparing service contracts to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Continuous Improvement: Grow technical expertise across all equipment types and actively support workplace safety, environmental, and continuous improvement initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Education/Qualifications/Experience
· Higher technical education in instrumentation, electronics, automation, or control systems.
· Experience in the field of instrumentation, control and automation of production and technological processes for at least years
· Proficiency in English at the pre-intermediate level
· Knowledge of grassroots controls and management
· Practical knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems of the Microsoft Windows family
· Practical knowledge of the Rules of General Safety and Electrical Safety
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Professional certifications in energy, oil refining, or chemical industries are strongly preferred.
· Strong customer service and relationship management skills with proven success in client support and communication.
· Hands-on technical expertise with Microsoft Windows systems, hardware, and control software.
· English proficiency at pre-intermediate level or higher; advanced degree is a plus.
