We are looking for an International Sales Manager with proven experience in Logistics.

• Find and attract new clients through calls, emails, and online outreach;
• Manage the client database by updating information, tracking deals, and providing reports;
• Communicate daily with the U.S. team and support clients with basic inquiries;
• Research the market and competitors to identify new opportunities;
• Complete training and work with internal tools and systems.

Requirements:

• English and Chinese B2–C1 level (verbal & written);
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Basic understanding of the B2B sales process (lead generation, outreach, follow-up);
• Professional attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn;
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development;
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

• Experience working with freight forwarders, logistics companies, or international clients is a plus (not required).

• Training classes, training from an experienced team leader;
• Working days 5/2, from 16:00 to 02:00 Almaty time;
• Bonuses (unlimited);
