Описание

Международная компания ищет опытного Content & Online Consumer Service Manager, который возглавит региональную команду контент-специалистов и обеспечит высокое качество визуального и текстового контента на рынках Центральной Азии, Кавказа, Беларуси и Монголии.

Основная цель: Руководство региональной командой, отвечающей за создание, локализацию и управление всем продуктовыми контентом в корпоративных системах PIM/DAM (Opera, Brandquad).
Фокус — обеспечение своевременного обновления контента, соблюдение авторских прав и развитие системы отзывов и рейтингов.

Основные задачи

  • Руководить и развивать команду контент-специалистов, выстраивая прозрачные и эффективные процессы

  • Контролировать полный цикл контента в PIM/DAM: загрузка, проверка, актуализация, метаданные

  • Оптимизировать процессы локализации и утверждения контента

  • Работать с Legal для обеспечения соблюдения авторских прав и своевременного удаления неактуальных материалов

  • Взаимодействовать с E-commerce и Marketing-командами для определения приоритетов по обновлению контента

  • Подбирать и курировать внешние агентства (дизайн, перевод, локализация)

  • Обеспечивать визуальную консистентность контента и внедрять SEO-стандарты для наименований и описаний

  • Разрабатывать и внедрять систему управления отзывами и рейтингами потребителей

  • Отслеживать ключевые показатели эффективности, повышая производительность команды и качество контента

Профессиональные навыки:

  • Опыт в управлении контентом, PIM/DAM системами или e-commerce контентом

  • Понимание влияния контента на эффективность продаж

  • Владение системами Brandquad, Opera, Fadel, Salsify или аналогичными

  • Знание SEO и принципов хранения/структурирования текстовых данных

  • Опыт организации локализации контента на нескольких языках (русский, казахский, узбекский — преимущество)

  • Знание основ авторского права и интеллектуальной собственности

  • Навыки проектного управления и взаимодействия с кросс-функциональными командами

Личные качества:

  • Уверенные лидерские навыки, умение мотивировать и развивать команду

  • Внимательность к деталям и системный подход

  • Эстетическое чутьё и понимание визуальных стандартов в beauty-сегменте

  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать с внутренними и внешними партнёрами

  • Свободное владение русским и английским языками (знание языков региона будет плюсом)
