Описание

Обязанности:
  • Анализировать потребности в обучении сотрудников отдела продаж совместно с региональными командами;
  • Реализовывать годовой план развития компетенций, работая в тесной связке с руководителями и HR;
  • Проводить обучающие программы по модели 70-20-10, используя современные методы и технологии;
  • Внедрять ключевые программы по продажам, ориентируясь на измеримый результат;
  • Контролировать бюджет на обучение и оценивать эффективность инвестиций в развитие персонала;
  • Адаптировать материалы из головного офиса под казахстанский рынок;
  • Проводить тренинги, коуч-сессии и выездные программы с торговыми командами дистрибьюторов;
  • Участвовать в переговорах и встречах с коллегами из головного офиса (на английском языке).
Требования:
  • Высшее образование.
  • 2–4 года релевантного опыта (в обучении продаж, трейд-маркетинге или полевых продажах).
  • Свободное владение английским, русским и казахским языками.
  • Готовность к частым командировкам по Казахстану.
