Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service.
Identify customer needs and provide information about products.
Monitor and achieve sales department targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the store.
Advise customers, handle objections, and resolve complaints.
Operate POS systems and cash registers.
Suggest ways to improve sales (plan marketing activities, adjust store design).
Inform customers about any special offers or discounts available in the store.
Requirements:
Experience in sales and luxury brand customer service.
English proficiency at Intermediate level.
Motivation to work and grow within an international company.
