2–4 years in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Trade Marketing or similar
Solid Excel/Google Sheets: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS; basic Power Query is a plus
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM (e.g., SAP, 1C, Oracle; Salesforce or similar CRM)
Working with EDI flows from retailers/distributors (orders, ASN/shipments, invoices, returns); incident tracking and resolution
Understanding of promo processes: accruals (AR), budget tracking, promo closing and documentation
Experience with EO/PO workflows and supporting primary documents (acts, registers, photo evidence)
Strong attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and accuracy in reconciliations
Clear, proactive communication with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance/Controlling, and external partners
English: B2+ for email/reporting; able to read and fill out guidelines and templates.
