Client Success Manager

Описание

Что предстоит делать:

  • Обрабатывать заявки с таргета, доводить до покупки (WhatsApp, звонки).
  • Работать с родителями на пробных занятиях (суббота, офлайн).
  • Вести и развивать клиентскую базу (CRM, рассылки, повторные касания).
  • Составлять и дорабатывать скрипты продаж, вносить предложения.
  • Искать и запускать новые каналы продаж (онлайн/офлайн).

Мы ждём, что вы:

  • Умеете общаться и убеждать, любите продажи.
  • Ответственны, системны, умеете вести базу и доводить до результата.
  • Готовы работать в команде и вносить идеи.
Условия:
  • Гибридный формат: онлайн + офлайн (субботы).
  • Фикс от 130000 до 150 000 ₸ + % от продаж.
  • Быстрые выплаты % после оплаты клиентом.
  • Возможности роста: до руководителя отдела продаж.
