Описание

Обязанности:
  • Разработка и реализация стратегии развития программы лояльности
  • Увеличение уровня вовлеченности (engagement rate) 1FP по B2C
  • Обеспечение поддержки развития имиджа портфеля брендов
  • Увеличение эффективности работы программы лояльности, включая эффективность затрат
  • Обеспечение качественного исполнения коммуникационных и иных маркетинговых инициатив, связанных с программой
  • Поддержка стратегических команд в осуществлении промо-кампаний согласно мастер-плану инициатив
  • Разработка и внедрение цифрового исполнения промо-механики
  • Управление процессом производства и осуществления цифровых коммуникаций
  • Разработка и внедрение процессов и стандартных операционных процедур в рамках программы лояльности
  • Исполнение проектов, направленных на улучшение интегрированных коммуникаций
Требования:
  • Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 6-ти лет
  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт в управлении персоналом
Условия:
  • График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00
  • Официальное трудоустройство
