Описание

Задачи:
  • Приём и обработка заявок пользователей в системе Service Desk;
  • Консультационная поддержка сотрудников по базовым вопросам (почта, принтеры, доступы и пр.);
  • Первичная настройка и подключение рабочих мест (ПК, мониторы, док-станции, периферия);
  • Создание, изменение, блокировка и удаление учетных записей в Active Directory;
  • Назначение лицензий, прав и перемещение пользователей между группами/подразделениями;
  • Участие в настройке и распространении групповых политик (GPO);
  • Работа с Microsoft Intune и Azure AD;
  • Проверка сетевого подключения на уровне пользователя (кабель, порт, активность, IP-адрес);
  • Проведение базовой диагностики сети с использованием стандартных команд (ping, nslookup, telnet и др.);
  • Использование тестового оборудования (например, Fluke-tester) для базовой проверки сети;
  • Обжим LAN-кабеля в случае необходимости;
  • Ведение учёта оборудования, контроль перемещений техники;
  • Участие в формировании заявок на закупку техники и сопровождение документации;
  • Взаимодействие с подрядчиками и поставщиками по вопросам поставок, подключения, гарантий и пр.;
  • Контроль состояния ИТ-инфраструктуры офиса без проведения физического монтажа или ремонта.
Мы ожидаем от кандидата:
  • Основы администрирования Windows-среды: AD, GPO, Intune, Azure AD;
  • Понимание принципов работы DHCP, статической IP-настройки, DNS и их взаимосвязи;
  • Базовые сетевые протоколы и инструменты диагностики (ping, nslookup, telnet и пр.);
  • Понимание структуры корпоративной сети: принципы VLAN, роутинг на уровне терминов;
  • Уверенное владение Office 365, особенно Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word;
  • Опыт работы с системами заявок (Jira, GLPI, ServiceNow и пр.);
  • Навыки проверки и диагностики кабельных соединений, при необходимости — обжим;
  • Знание форматов документации (спецификации, акты, внутренние отчеты), умение работать с ними;
  • Способность коммуницировать с пользователями разного уровня — от рядового сотрудника до руководства;
  • Умение быстро ориентироваться в новых задачах и правильно распределять приоритетность в условиях многозадачности.
